TS Therapeutic Massage is a relaxing, safe and nourishing environment to assist with the self-care we all need to manage the hectic day to day concerns of life.  Located in the heart of Historic Old Greenbelt we offer Swedish Massage as well as Deep Tissue Massage.  It is important to ensure we take the time to pour into our own cup so that we may pour into others.  Making time for you is a must!  Massage Therapy has many benefits; reducing stress hormones, muscle tension, relaxation, improved circulation, better mobility/flexibility, improved circulation and can assist in reducing depression and anxiety.
