Policies

Payment Policy:

All appointments must be scheduled through our online scheduling service.  At the time of booking your appointment  a 50% deposit is due.  The remaining balance of your service will be paid prior to the start of your session.  Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and ApplePay

Tips are greatly appreciated

Late Arrivals will be seen, unless the client is over 15 mins late for the appointment.  A client late 15 mins or less will receive the remaining time for their scheduled appointment. If a client is over 15 mins late they will have the ability to reschedule and must adhere to the rescheduling policy before mentioned. 

For example:  A 60 min appointment start time of 1:00pm and the client arrives at 1:15pm  they will receive the remaining 45 mins for the appointment.  However this time may be shorter for a new client as the initial client intake paperwork and consultation must be performed prior to the service being rendered.

 

Illness Policy:

We understand that illness is not a predictable occurrence and life happens.  If you become ill and can not make your appointment for the scheduled time please notify the office via phone (240) 854-2450 as soon as possible.  You will have 14 days from your original appointment to reschedule, and the 50% deposit paid at the time of your booking will be applied to your next visit. If you do not reschedule within the 14-day period, your deposit is forfeited.

If our staff cancels a client's appointment due to unforeseen illness we will reschedule the appointment with the earliest time slot available. Not receiving a massage can be disappointing and due to this we will give the client a 10% discount on the rescheduled service.

COVID Policy:

Our establishment does not require masks, however this is an option for our staff as well as our clients.  We maintain a strict regimen of disinfecting the massage rooms, tables, and common area after each client.  We strive to ensure that precautions are taken to ensure the best and safest possible service for each client.

 Right To Refuse Treatment & Harassment Policy:

Clients reserve the right to refuse treatment as the practitioner reserves the right to decline treatment for a client.  We have a zero tolerance for any lude/ discriminatory comments, sexual advances or any inappropriate behavior that makes the client or makes the practitioner uncomfortable. ALL sexual activity is strictly prohibited.  Professional boundaries will be maintained at all times between the client and practitioner.

Confidentiality & Privacy:

Your information is safe with us.  We are required by law to protect and keep your personal information confidential.  If you require the release of your notes or session information to a physician's office, lawyers office or for your own personal use; a Authorization Release of Personal Information form must be completed prior to the release of your information.  Your information will never be released without authorization except when required by law.

Your information will not be disclosed or sold to a second party.
